MALABAR RESERVE - SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our freshly packed spices across India using reliable courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post).

1. Order Processing:
- Orders placed Monday through Saturday are processed within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Charges:
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹299 across India.
- A nominal flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹299.

3. Delivery Timelines:
- Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
- Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.
- Remote locations: 7 to 10 business days.

4. Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email to monitor your shipment in real time.

5. Damaged Shipments:
If the outer parcel is noticeably crushed or open, please do not accept delivery, or take photos immediately and reach out to us at support@malabarreserve.com.
