1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Please mention your Order ID for fast processing. If the package has not left our facility, we will cancel the order immediately and issue a 100% refund.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders that have already been dispatched or are in transit cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may reject the parcel when delivery is attempted, or refer to our Return & Refund Policy upon receipt.

3. Refund on Cancellation

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund is initiated instantly and typically reflects in your original payment account within 3 to 5 business days.
